Position:
We're seeking a Digital Campaign Manager for the Digital Media Department. You'll join a seasoned group of strategy and media professionals working on Entertainment accounts.
Responsibilities:
Contributing to overall campaign digital strategy under executive leadership
Managing all aspects of digital campaign planning/strategy, including:
Managing internal research team to procure any necessary reporting/research (Comscore, Kantar)
Communication with vendors
With executive input, developing, writing, and sending RFPs
Vetting returned plans and requesting revisions
Negotiating rates, added value, and bonus placements
Presenting plans, strategies, findings, etc., in internal and potentially client-facing meetings
Oversee all aspects of digital campaign trafficking, including:
Assembling specs sheets
Managing communications with creative agency
QA & Trafficking ads via Google Campaign Manager
Confirming all placement launches
Collecting screenshots and building presentation-ready decks
Gathering reporting
Managing makegoods with publishers, internal teams, and, potentially, client
Writing post-campaign findings, takeaways, and future recommendations reports
Requirements:
2+ years of digital campaign management experience in a media or agency environment.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
Organized and detail oriented, able to manage deadlines and time effectively.
