Manager, Motion Picture Finance

Caliber is a boutique entertainment professional services firm with divisions in talent & literary management, production, and business consulting. We are currently accepting applications for a Motion Picture Finance Manager for the New York office. This is a great opportunity for current or previous Financial Advisors or Assistants with film finance experience at a major agency. This is a new role within the organization and duties include assisting Producers with analysis around structured finance and monetization of tax incentives. Additional duties include deal sourcing and supporting current and future financiers and investment partners. In addition, this role will support value analysis of projects based on cast and directors as well as assist with all paperwork associated with angel investments. The ideal candidate will have comprehensive understanding of film finance, the Private Equity market, and how to craft structured finance deals.

Manager will work remotely, from their home office, but may meet with clients and partners in our New York office when needed. Role will start off part-time with anticipation to grow into a full-time position. In addition, the Manager may have the opportunity to receive Executive Producer credit on the company's film projects.

Job Requirements:
. Strong interest in and understanding of the film finance industry. If this understanding is limited, you MUST have a strong understanding of the Private Equity market (NO EXCEPTIONS)
. Existing roster of Private Equity clients preferred but not required
. College degree from a reputable university (NO EXCEPTIONS). MBA or JD preferred but not required
