The Role
CAA ICON is searching for an entry level team member to support senior level managers with current company initiatives that include aggregating data from past and current projects and combining the information into useful tools for future projects and evaluation.

CAA Sports represents more than 1,000 of the world's best athletes in football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, tennis, Olympic events, action sports, and golf, in addition to coaches and other pre-eminent personalities. Beyond on-field athlete representation, CAA provides unique opportunities for clients off-field, in areas including endorsements, licensing, speaking, philanthropy, video games, and digital. CAA Sports also works in the areas of broadcast rights, corporate marketing initiatives, hospitality, trademark licensing, and sports properties for sales and sponsorship opportunities, and leads all aspects of the development, design, and construction of major sports stadiums and arenas globally.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
• Report directly to senior level project managers.
• Support sports project evaluation as directed by manager
• Will have more than one assignment in a given period – needs to be able to prioritize tasks
• Providing support in evaluation of previous project data to identify trends in sports development market
• Potential to assist different projects when needs arise at milestone moments on the project
• Potential to be assigned to a new sports development project once familiar with organizations processes
• Needs to be able to receive assignments and work independently with access to support when required
• Such further and other responsibilities as may be assigned by ICON from time to time.
Required Qualifications:
• Familiarity with the Construction Specifications Institute (''CSI'') Division structure, construction change orders and like documents, budget formats, and architectural/engineering plans.
• Basic understanding of the teams associated with the development of a construction project (Architects, contractors, consultants, etc)
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Multi-tasking and the ability to problem solve and master new concepts in a short period of time.
• Strong MS Excel skills and familiarity with MS Project
• Experience in reviewing building drawings is preferred (in a .pdf viewer or BIM 360) is preferred
• 1 -5 years of experience in the construction or a related services industry.
• Bachelor's degree (Ideally in construction, engineering or like industry).
For applicants in Colorado, the salary range is $60,000 to $85,000.
