Organizational Support
• Undertakes special assignments/projects on a wide variety of issues as requested by the CFO and VP of Operations
• Help with the designing and producing of complex documents, reports and presentation, including the Monthly Finance and Accounting Full-Staff meeting materials
• Partner in coordinating and communicating the agenda for cross functional senior management meetings
• Prepare meeting notes of the weekly Finance and Accounting Senior Leadership Staff meeting and designate follow-ups on assigned action items
• Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company
• Prioritize conflicting organizational needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
Executive Administrative Support
• Assists the CFO and VP of Operations with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas and compiling documents for meetings
• Coordinates Finance and Audit Committee meetings, among other high-level meetings with key internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining confidential files and contact information
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Windows, including MS Outlook, MS Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint
• Ability to work independently and with professional discretion
• Excellent writing, editing, grammatical and organizational
• Exceptional organizational skills and impeccable attention to detail
• High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff and external partners
• Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround
• Able to maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

Compensation: The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $100,000- $120,000.
