You will work as the assistant to the CEO & Partner of an Entertainment and Marketing/PR company. Our current clients are in the music industry (major label and independent artists). Please have a desire to work in the music industry and not as an artist or model.
You will be expected to work three to four days a week. Depending on events and schedule for our clients you may be asked on the weekends. Understand that days, when we are on site with clients, can be extremely long. You will be working remotely most of the time, as well as being at various locations with clients. Looking for a candidate who is smart, down to earth, hardworking and self-sufficient. Please have common sense. If you cannot write a proper email do not apply. The more varied your skill set the more likely you are to be a good fit.
Duties Include:
- Administrative work
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word + Microsoft Excel necessary
- Assisting CEO & Partner of a marketing company
- Updating and helping to run clients social media - if you can't # don't apply
- Running errands
- Assisting clients
- Attending and helping out at events
- Attending and helping out at clients photo shoots, etc
- Working as clients assistant when necessary
- Be ready for the unexpected
