B|W|R is looking for exceptional Assistants to support our Senior Leadership team in the Talent and Corporate divisions. Among their responsibilities in helping to service talent clients are the following:
Exercise professional judgment in handling all verbal and written interactions/communication.
Demonstrate strong skills in diplomacy, problem solving, interpersonal communication and nonverbal communication.
Successfully manage and process large volumes of information daily.
Work successfully as part of a team as well as independently.
Create and maintain media lists.
Regularly take initiative in organizing AE to maximize efficiency.
Maintain AE schedule and set/facilitate meetings.
Originate and disseminate client memos (e.g., interviews, photo shoots, status reports).
Leverage knowledge of client in drafting creative pitches, news releases, bios, etc., while incorporating edits into documents.
Maintain and update electronic press kit materials for each client.
Work in tandem with AE to actively pitch media and to follow up on outreach.
Be productive and proactive in the field; able to properly respond to situations as they arise.
Strong ability to prioritize, be flexible, problem solve, work under pressure, create order out of chaos, think ahead and be resourceful.
Strong attention to detail is a must.
Professional demeanor on all counts: appearance, behavior, communication - written/phone.
Patience, flexibility and available for entertainment industry hours (nights/weekends).
Previous industry experience in the talent representation field required
