Arranging sufficient social media posts over all platforms, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. coverage for all 3 locations. Communication with publicist and owners regarding verbiage and ad copy. Creating contests, interactive posts, weekly specials through submissions, media alerts and direct contact with journalists, news reporters, and staff of media agencies. Apart from such coverage, the Public and reposting content from Corporate. Checking email in the morning, afternoon and evening for eblasts from corporate and for instructions for advertisements.
Flyers and other content would be created by the intern. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Canva and other programs are required.
The Intern often maintains the Burgerim Orange County website and social media sites through directly updating or contacting
contractor(s).
Act as an assistant for the owner(s there will be light Office duties such as inputting data, checking, main submission email for new messages and follow-ups and setting appointments for the owners in regards to advertisements.
Communicating with project coordinators and/or publicist and commencing rolling calls for owner(s).
- Ex. Coordinating coverage for real time sponsorships and partnerships at Red Carpet Events, Charity Events, Networking Events, Award Shows, Product Launches, etc.
Following Up w/ advertising platforms on information such as details of deals, updates of possible deals, etc. for billboards, commercials, social media for influencers for the company.
Oversee plans of action after proper training for integrated marketing plans and connector services.
Salary: This is not a paid internship, but we believe in production-based compensation. When reimbursements are available, they will be given on a per job basis and approved by the owner(s). Room for growth allows intern to move within the company to the position of Social Media Manager and/or Marketing Manager w/ training.
