Bungalow Media is an independent film production company based on the Universal Studios Lot in Los Angeles.
We're hiring an on-site Front Desk Office Manager, to perform the following tasks and responsibilities:
Answer the front desk phone
Record and compile detailed notes from incoming calls
Manage shared calendars and meetings
Manage and coordinate the meeting schedules of the company owner and producers
Take and compile detailed notes from company meetings
Make travel arrangements
Manage company tech, printers
Order office supplies as needed
Read incoming scripts and write basic coverage
Participate in, in-office coordination of feature films
We are looking for candidates with film industry experience. The right candidate will have worked in various capacities of film production, and on-set coordination experience is a plus. Additionally, candidates will need an overall general understanding of the film production process from development through production, post-production, and delivery. The candidate will need to be current and proficient in the basic film production office software applications including, Word, Excel, Movie Magic, Calendars, and other file management, administrative, and social media platforms.
