Fashion PR agency in Los Angeles, CA is currently looking for a dynamic and experienced Fashion PR Account Executive Assistant. This job requires at least 2 years of full-time prior fashion PR Experience.
We are looking for someone who is a creative thinker, aggressive go-getter who can work both independently and well with a team. Also, ideal characteristics would include positivity, and outgoing personality, independence and resourcefulness.
Assist in facilitating pulls for editorial and celebrity stylist requests
Capable of becoming knowledgeable about clients their collections, origin, target list etc ...
Assist in developing and execute celebrity seeding strategies for clients
Research and present opportunities for increasing product visibility amongst core demographic, style influencers, media and celebrities
Demonstrated positive, self-motivating attitude while managing time efficiently
Research and pitch ideas to target media
Help to coordinate all necessary materials for presentations, meetings or conference calls
Be able to communicate effectively all written and verbal reports
Be detail oriented and able to multitask in a well-organized manner
Management, creation and distribution of press releases
Assist in managing and fulfilling requests for media, stylists and product placement
Actively monitor media for placements, both editorially and celebrity related
Build targeted media lists for campaigns and updated contact database
Will have no less than 1 year of full-time public relations and or showroom experience in the fashion industry
Posses a strong database of celebrity stylist contacts and relationships
Strategic and out-of-box thinker
A strong eye for visual merchandising, showroom layout, trends and a meticulous eye for details
Strong writing skills
