Broadway Across America, a leading presenter of touring theatrical productions, is in search of a Programming and Operations Analyst to support two critical BAA teams. The Programming Department schedules all the theatrical tours in the Broadway Across America cities and the Operations Department is responsible for the pricing, contracts and technical supervision of all engagements. This is a full time entry-level position with a target start date of August 1.
Responsibilities:
· Maintain ongoing departmental data
· Assist in coordinating information and layout for customer surveys
· Perform ongoing cost analyses
· Generate pro formas
· Track and respond to local license inquiries
· Work in company database, not only to enter information but also to continue to improve it
· Coordinate departmental conference calls
· Perform show settlements, including domestic air travel
· Support contracts department in generation and distribution
· Assist in setting up show tickets for company partners
· Other duties as needed - Broadway Across America is a fast-paced and agile organization. These responsibilities are listed to provide a general sense duties but do not restrict management's right to reassign duties based upon business needs.
Qualifications:
· Outstanding communication skills
· Exceptional organizational skills
· Ability to prioritize and handle multiple ongoing tasks in a fast-paced office environment
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
· Bachelor's Degree is preferred but not required
· A collaborative approach to problem solving
· Desire to learn and contribute to the Broadway and touring Broadway industry
· Spanish speaking a plus but not a requirement
