Summary
Broadway Across America is seeking a motivated individual to join the quickly growing digital team as the Digital Media Planner to assist with planning, building, and maintaining all programmatic display, video, paid social, and DSP campaigns for all Broadway Across America markets.
Applicants should excel in multi-tasking and organization. Candidates must be a good communicator, detail-oriented, and a team player. For the right candidate, this position has growth potential within the company and will provide the opportunity to learn valuable skills in all aspects digital marketing as it pertains to the performing arts sector and touring Broadway.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Working closely with the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy and the Marketing Directors for Broadway Across America in the day-to-day implementation and execution of digital marketing campaigns
• Assist in the trafficking of banners and day-to-day monitoring of all online campaigns
• Test and troubleshoot ad creative and pixel implementation working with vendors and partners
• Regularly analyze campaigns to ensure proper delivery
• Assist in producing regular campaign reports based on analyzing the data of campaigns and providing strategic recommendations and optimizations
• Assist the Senior Manager of Digital Strategy to coordinate with marketing departments ensuring digital campaigns work in tandem with offline marketing efforts
• When appropriate, work with Assistant Digital Media Planner to divide overall day-to-day campaign workload, including reporting needs, building campaigns, planning, pixel implementation, etc.
• Meet with clients regularly to present and/or discuss campaign performance as needed
• Assist in the trafficking and scheduling of jobs internally to keep projects moving
• Assist in overseeing and managing select company-owned social channels when appropriate
• Assist with meeting schedules and day-to-day activities
• Ensure accurate billing and budgeting of online campaigns

Qualifications

Required Skills
• Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 3 years of experience in digital marketing or advertising.
• Theater or entertainment experience a plus
• Must be able to multi-task and superior attention to detail a must
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and AdWords
• Familiarity with a CMS and basic website maintenance
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Works cooperatively in group situations
• Eagerness to learn about digital marketing trends, present and future
Additional Skills:
o Google Ads certification a plus
o Familiarity of third party ad servers, particularly Media Mind and Double Click
o Familiarity with Basis by Centro or other DSPs a plus
o Social Media and content creation a plus
o SEO basic knowledge a plus
o Knowledge of ActiveCollab or other project management systems
