This position works under the supervision of the director but involves significant independence. Ideal candidate will be an energetic and patient go-with-the-flow type with strong follow-through. Must be able to take ownership of personal responsibilities and be self-motivated with an internal drive to always put your best foot forward. Strong communications skills via phone, email and in-person are required as this position is the main liaison with clients.
This position offers significant opportunities to learn about commercial production, marketing and advertising to a candidate who is willing to always keep learning, whether it is having someone teach you something or taking the initiative to teach yourself. This position is very much what you make of it, so we are looking for someone who is able to bring enthusiasm to the table.
Day-to-Day Basic responsibilities include:
Answering Office Phone
Scheduling Shoots
Direct Client Interactions
Booking Crew and Talent
Sourcing Props and Equipment
Other office tasks as requested
Qualifications
Degree in Film or relevant field preferred
1-2 Years experience in film production preferred, may include internships. PA experience is a big plus.
Excellent eye for detail
Completely comfortable in Mac OS, Google Docs
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc helpful
Past experience in client relations/client services is a big plus
