Bret Adams Ltd., a boutique talent agency, is looking for a full-time talent agent assistant for an immediate start. Applicant should be able to maintain a calm, professional manner while handling multiple tasks at once. Knowledge in theatre, film and television necessary. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills (oral and written), excellent organizational skills, and an upbeat personality.
Responsibilities include:
- Answering and directing phone calls for both the acting and literary departments (including corresponding with casting and clients)
- Keeping track of client auditions
- Keeping all records up-to-date (audition sheets, actors resumes, agency website, acting calendar)
- Hiring and managing the acting interns
- Keeping track of breakdowns for the acting agents
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
Prior management/agency/casting office experience preferred
Knowledge of Windows, Breakdown Express, Google Mail/Drive, and Dropbox preferred
