Currently seeking a person to provide technical assistance in customer support. We are an established international entertainment resource and service company. We are dedicated to serving our client base of Casting Directors, Talent Agents, Actors and Filmmakers. We are passionate about creating services and providing superior customer support to meet our clients needs. We provide an end-to-end solution that serves to encompass and streamline the entirety of our clients professional life. We are looking for the right person who can also provide us with input and assist in directing the development of features we provide.
Must have a full working knowledge of computers, be familiar with web technology, and able to pick up technical aspects quickly. You will be using our proprietary system which interacts with various commercial products such as iPad, Blackbox, and assorted video cameras. Experience with filming auditions for actors is a plus. Other programs used include Chatlio, FreshDesk, Slack, iMovie, GoToMeeting, Handbrake, Photoshop, and other video editing tools.
Must be self-motivated with an great attention to details!
Understand how Talent Agents or Casting Directors work or have specific experience in the film and television industry.
Have great communication skills, including problem solving and detective skills!
Must have patience and empathy
Salary: Salary: $17.00 /hour Full Benefits after probationary period
