What we are looking for…
You will be working for the Director of Operations at Breakdown Services. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, efficient, a good communicator, and can manage administrative support as well as the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized, assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner.
Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate communication and interfacing with clients.
Coordinate new client intake procedures, and handle duties for upper management
Coordinates communication to make authorized personnel are aware of any changes
Implement and monitor programs as directed by management, and see the program through to completion
Assist in training staff members and new hires
Generate memos, emails and reports when appropriate
Expected to fulfill additional tasks as required.
Write and proof contracts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and Excel, and has worked in a similar capacity.
Experience writing contracts (Entertainment related)
Strong contract writing background
