About Us
Borman Entertainment is an established artist management company located in Nashville, TN. We manage all aspects of established and developing artists' careers and are looking for strong marketing, digital and social media talent to join the team.
Responsibilities
Digital maintenance of all social media profiles and website including data entry and social posting (adding tour dates, updating social skins, bios, highlights pages, etc).
Assist with community management (monitoring and maintaining all commenting, spam/troll management, scanning and reporting imposter profiles, etc).
Facilitate the creation of digital marketing materials including short-form video / social media video, social graphics, animated gifs, etc. and has experience with Photoshop, Premiere, InShot, iMovie, etc.
Research and report on trends and changes in the digital landscape.
Construct artist social platform analysis and optimizations through analytical review.
Helping to post approved content, engaging with content, and making sure each post is optimized to best perform on each platform.
Creating comprehensive reports and daily monitoring of social numbers and overall engagement.
Help track streaming numbers and monitor playlisting.
Assisting with marketing concepts and overall digital strategy.
Assist with overall campaign ideation and maintaining marketing and social calendars.
Helping to create and execute approved content on-site with the artist when needed. Content capture and editing experience is mandatory (Photoshop, iMovie, etc).
Must be attentive to detail and know how to interact with talent and staff while on-site with artists.
Travel/on-site content collection as needed.
Qualifications
2-4 years of experience.
Previous social media marketing and community management experience in the entertainment space.
Passion and experience in copywriting and editing.
In-depth knowledge of the digital space and social platforms.
Strong organizational skills, with a proven record of supporting multiple projects at once with tight deadlines.
Must have prior experience with editing videos and content for all social platforms.
Proactive work ethic, no matter how big or small the task is.
Demonstrated ability to invent and execute innovative ideas.
Understanding that this is more than a 9-5 job and that overtime work is expected at times for releases, special events, shows, etc. Knowing how to prioritize tasks to make sure that things are completed and delivered in a timely manner.
Experience with Google/Microsoft Suite.
Familiarity with HTML, Adobe Suite a plus.
