Part Time Job
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of training documentation and learning content associated with Licensing’s CRM tools, learning modules, and associated peripherals. This role requires effective partnership with all Licensing teams, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Corporate Communications.
Core Job Responsibilities
• Maintains the catalog of Salesforce training documentation, ensuring content and formatting consistency across documents, while delivering easy-to-use revisions based on functionality enhancements.
• Assists in creating Salesforce training documentation as new system functionality and/or business processes are introduced.
• Develops and maintains onboarding and new hire training documentation that results in the creation of participant materials and facilitator guides as needed.
• Organizes the content on Licensing’s One Note/Microsoft 365 platform ensuring content remains relevant and consistent with Licensing’s Customer Service Pledge and BMI’s brand, message, and developed content.
• Organizes feedback from Licensing team members. Presents recommendations to the Talent team and Licensing management on content revisions, enhancements, and/or new additions to all forms and types of training documentation and learning content.
• Develops and maintains monthly reports for all of Licensing’s Talent team activities.
• Supports Recruiting, Onboarding, and New Hire training as needed.
• Participates in projects as assigned.
• Regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.
Our Ideal Candidate
• • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• One year of related work experience is required. One year in a corporate setting preferred. Experience with content development and/or content management strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills including ability to listen, write, and present effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to establish good working relationships including the ability to adapt uniquely to each situation.
• Demonstration of a high degree of confidentiality.
• Strong use of technology; including use of document creation tools, content categorization tools, and CRM/Salesforce experience. LMS experience a plus.
• Ability to utilize critical thinking skills.
• Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative and meets deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Flexible and adaptable to manage multiple priorities, assignments and tasks in a high-paced environment.
