Full Time Job
This position provides executive level administrative support and analysis to the SVP and VP of Licensing. It is critical that the functions listed below are performed in a timely and professional manner. Duties are all confidential in nature requiring discretion, sound judgment and high attention to details.
Executive Assistant Functions:
• Manage calendars and independently schedule appointments.
• Arrange travel plans and itineraries, and compile documents for travel-related meetings. Handle expense reimbursement process to ensure reimbursements are accurately paid and without delay. Address any reconciliation of travel receipts to reimbursements.
• Screen incoming calls and correspondence and respond appropriately.
• Compose and prepare confidential correspondence, reports and other complex documents. Use good judgment and business knowledge appropriately.
• File documents, organize and maintain filing system & databases.
• Manage supplies for department.
• Manage departmental invoices and submits to accounting for payment to ensure all BMI expenses are paid on time. Address reconciliation of payment questions.
• Regular attendance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Business Analyst Functions:
• Create and update top-notch Power Point presentations.
• Based on source data provided by business leaders, create and organize business spreadsheets to highlight critical business information in a summarized and meaningful way.
• Research music use of current licensees and prospects.
• Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as requested by management.
• Provide various ad hoc financial analysis as requested by management.
• As requested, prepare data, graphs and presentations for use in license negotiations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Five (5) years of executive assistant. Reporting to C-Level leaders is preferred.
• Two (2) years of analysis experience.
• Two (2) years of preparing presentations experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office – Word, Power Point, and Excel
• Able to create and evaluate data using pivot tables.
• Experience with cloud-based programs such as Prezi.
• Research skills – Ability to collect data from multiple sources to support analysis
• Prioritization skills
• Strong communication skills
• Strong relationship skills
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
