POSITION SUMMARY: This role is responsible for coordinating talent processes and decisions for the identification, acquisition, and successful onboarding of high caliber talent for Licensing. This role requires effective partnership with Licensing management, Human Resources, and Information Technology.
FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB

Recruiting
• Responsible for partnering with Human Resources and staffing Licensing’s part-time roles.
• Support recruiting efforts for full-time roles for all Licensing departments focusing on identifying and acquiring high caliber talent.
• Build and maintain relationships with Licensing management as a trusted partner for talent identification and acquisition.
• Partner with Licensing management to maintain clear job specifications, essential job duties, key competencies, job qualifications, and required skills.
• Coordinate/participate in staffing activities, including: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, conducting interviews, and providing input during candidate selection.
• Represent Licensing at job fairs and networking events as appropriate.
• Develop and deliver reports related to staffing activity.
Onboarding
• Obtain necessary information from Human Resources and Licensing management to complete approved Personnel Action Forms and Talent Requisition Forms.
• Coordinate SAM/Courion processing for Licensing to ensure first day readiness of new hires.
• Partner with Information Technology to ensure new hire computer set up is complete
• Responsible for partnering with Licensing management to define, develop, and coordinate the onboarding experience for all Licensing new hires.
• Develop and deliver reports related to onboarding activity, including assessments used to determine candidate fit to role and/or identify gaps for coaching purposes.
Additional Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support for Licensing’s Talent team.
• Coordinate meetings regarding talent, coaching, training, growth & learning, and quality management initiatives.
• Complete Personnel Action Forms and Talent Requisition Forms and acquire approvals for reporting changes, transfers, terminations, and other personnel transactions.
• Provide department-wide communications and support.
• Support the CRM project with scheduling, communications, and logistics support.
• Assist with special projects as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities
This position has no direct reports.
POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.
Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in talent acquisition. Experience with DDI Targeted Selection methodology preferred.
