Sales Coordinator

Blue Microphones, an internationally recognized, premium brand in the audio and consumer electronics industry is seeking a motivated and experienced sales coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities:
Receive all new sales orders, review for accuracy and enter into the Company data base.
Communicate with the dealers and end users, and resolve any issues as they arise.
Provide general administrative support to the Sales Team.
Maintain account filing and updating customer databases.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree preferred
2+ years sales experience
Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel
Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
Able to multi-task, organize and handle last minute projects with tight deadlines
Handle confidential and sensitive material with discretion
