A leading Motion Picture trailer house, located in the heart of Hollywood, is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant for a top Creative Director/Producer. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented. Should be able to juggle multiple projects at once and have the urgency needed to work under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate should be a team player with an eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
Responsibilities include:
•Managing CD's calendar
•Managing general administrative needs of department
•Coordinating internal and interdepartmental tasks
•Arranging and managing calls and meetings
Requirements:
•Great attitude - we're nice to each other here
•Common sense - should go without saying;
•Creativity - it's what we do here
•Organizational skills - scheduling, assigning and tracking tasks will be crucial in this job
•Communication skills - you're going to have to do a lot of it
•Ability to function in a fast-paced environment - prioritization and quick, considered action are key
•Technical savvy - we do use computers here
•Desire to learn and grow - the hope is that you want to move up
•Willingness to work long hours when necessary - deadlines happen
•Love of film, TV and theatre - we like what we do!
