BLT AV, a leading Motion Picture trailer house, located in the heart of Hollywood, is looking to hire a full-time Administrative Assistant for a top Creative Director/Producer. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented. Should be able to juggle multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines in a fast paced environment. Ideal candidate should be a team player with a can-do attitude. Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities is a must.
Responsibilities/Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Ability to be discrete and maintain confidential information
• Understanding of how to prioritize and respond accordingly
• Strong verbal and written skills
• Scheduling and trafficking projects within the department
• Working with Accounting on billing
• Interfacing with high-level clients
• Must demonstrate ability to learn and adapt to various situations, possess strong initiative and determination
• Highly dependable, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must be able to work the occasional weekend or late night on limited notice
• On busy days, will handle lunch orders for the team
• Needs to be proficient on Mac and Microsoft Office, Filemaker, iCal
• Entertainment and/or advertising experience preferred
**This is an entry level, hourly position. Some overtime is expected.
