BLT Communications, LLC, a leading entertainment creative advertising agency located in the heart of Hollywood, is looking to hire a full-time Account Coordinator in their Theatrical Department. Candidate must have excellent organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented. Should be able to juggle multiple projects at once and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate should be a collaborative team player with an outgoing, can-do attitude and an eagerness to learn. Must be proactive. Needs to be proficient on Mac, in G Suite, and Microsoft Office products. Knowledge of Photoshop / Adobe products and Filemaker a plus. Previous industry experience (agency or studio) preferred. Some overtime is expected. Salary commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities/requirements include, but are not limited to:
• Interfacing with high-level clients
• Trafficking multiple projects at once
• Tracking work for billing
• Proofing/quality checking creative
• Compiling notes from calls & meetings
• Discretion in handling secure project titles & information
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to various situations and project requests
