Looking for an assistant who likes to work for a singer, actress, & busy female executive.
Key qualities:
Excellent organization, flexibility, reliability and communication.
Must Know how to shoot and edit video and photography, Must know digital marketing, be detail oriented, problem solver, independent, good thinker and good natured!
Requirements:
Approximately hours 10 am - 7 pm with 1 hr. lunch break, some flexibility offered, some time earlier start, sometime slightly later finish. 40 hrs. a week.
Must own and drive an insured car with a valid driver's license.
Must have previous experience as a personal assistant who is familiar working out of someone's home and who lived in Los Angeles Area for at least a year and knows where to find things in the area
Responsibilities include:
1 Shopping Errands, keeping track of receipts and returns, and managing mail, Open respond, change of address etc.
2 Must how to use photo and video editing programs, Instagram Facebook, twitter, tumbler, word-press, Vimeo, Daily Motion, You tube Pay Pal and E Bay.
3 Some light house keeping and rare ironing and steaming
4 Meal preparation: juicing,, food shopping etc. Consciousness of healthy food helpful, reading labels a must
5 Scheduling appointments: personal, professional, and medical.
6 Driving to/from appointments and errands in executive's car
7 Good researcher, experienced in computer with word e mail Internet and general computer knowledge, maintain a Rolodex, Filing
8 Make vitamin packs and keep track of medication
9 Handle medical insurance
10 Dry cleaning /drop off at tailors
11 Occasional personal shopping
12 Maintain home equipment and repair example: printer, buy printer color etc keep warranties
13 Maintain auto with regular check ups and necessary repairs
14 Filed incoming calls and follow up with tasks that got postponed for next day or next week
15 Manage mail, clear out junk mail open bills, send bills and receipts to the business manager once a week, post letters, fed ex, us post, ups etc
Maintain home office supplies
16 Send an e-mail every night with what was accomplished and what needs to be done the next day and what else is there to follow up
