We've created some of the most innovative and recognizable VR & CGI campaigns pushing creative and technical boundaries. With fully in-house capability from creative to post, we've flawlessly crafted some of the most complex projects for the largest global brand and agencies and along the way won most major advertising awards.
We are looking for an game/interactive producer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Full game workflow management and technical knowledge.
Produce and manage budgets and schedules.
Overlook and manage all artists and developers, as well as help bring on devs or artists if needed.
Work closely with the creative director
Engagement in a project from pitch through final delivery
Communicate with various departments to ensure that production needs are being fulfilled at highest standards
Maintain excellent client relationships
Act as a main point of contact with clients with respect to budget, scheduling, and scope
Requirements:
5+ years experience producing game content with Unity or Unreal engine
Deep technical understanding and working knowledge of the technical aspects involved
Highly motivated and passionate about the work
Experienced in overseeing multiple projects and teams
Some experience in VFX or Advertising industry
Virtual reality experience is a plus,
Skills:
Scheduling expert and deadline enforcer
Extremely organized
Ability to work well under pressure
Motivated and willing to take initiative
Attention to detail and a willingness to go the extra mile
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to multitask many details of a high paced workload, while maintaining a strategic and organized workflow
Skilled at time management, organization, meet deadlines and anticipate problems before they occur
Strong collaborative skills
Able to take direction but also proactive in making suggestions and finding solutions
Has a sense of duty and a keenness to learn
