Big Picture Entertainment, is looking to hire a Reception/Front Desk Assistant for its Culver City office.
This is an entry-level position and an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to pursue a career in advertising/marketing.

The applicant must have:
• A Bachelors' degree related to entertainment, film or advertising/marketing.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Be able to prioritize tasks.
• Have a great attitude and solve issues as they present themselves.
• Be a team player
Job duties include:
Answering all incoming calls.
Greeting guests.
Maintaining client and contact lists.
Maintaining phone lists and speed dials.
Coordinating voice over reads with talent agencies and Producers.
Coordinating deliveries/pick-ups with in-house runners.
Distributing outgoing and incoming packages (ups, fed ex, usps etc.)
Lunch reservations.
Coordinating parking passes for staff and temps.
Transcribing incoming feature films.
Handling correspondence with office supplies vendors and others.
Scheduling the conference room calendar.
