Production and creative services studio in El Segundo is looking for an Office Manager to support daily duties running the studio. As Office Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our company.
Responsibilities include:
• Greet and check in guests as they arrive
• Answer and direct calls politely and efficiently
• Order meals and supplies for artists, producers and executives as necessary
• Support Managing Director with cultural enhancement, operations management and miscellaneous tasks
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials
• Keep kitchen and storage areas stocked and tidy at all times
• Provide accurate information in-person and via phone/email
• Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock
• Update calendars, schedule meetings and prepare expense reports
• Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
• Coordinate office repairs and maintenance with appropriate vendors
Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Front Office Representative or similar role.
• Proficiency in Google Drive and Google Calendar
• Hands-on experience with office equipment
• Positive, proactive attitude and professional appearance
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
• Familiarity with production, social media, and Esports is a plus
