BiCoastal Productions, one of the fastest growing performing arts agencies in the industry, is seeking a talented, personable, and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Associate Agent. BiCoastal Productions operates on a shared-roster/geographical territory model and the Associate Agent will serve under the Vice President of Artist Booking as both a multi-territorial agent and regional assistant to the VP. The Associate Agent will work closely artists, venues, presenters, marketing teams, and technical directors to ensure every engagement happens seamlessly.
You Are:
-Highly organized and strongly detail-oriented
-''Thick-skinned'' and able to thrive under pressure
-Not afraid of ''picking up the phone''
-Not afraid of hearing the word ''no''
-A diverse music fan who enjoys concerts and the creative process
-Personable and outgoing
-Looking to contribute to, and be a part of, a growing team
Responsibilities:
-Assist the VP with day-to-day workflow
-Assist with performance advance logistics
-Contract generation and tracking
-Deposit and balance collection
-CRM support
-Tour routing support
-General booking (in granted territories)
Requirements:
-Must have a strong ability to build relationships and maintain them
-4-Year College Degree
-Prior internship or entry level work experience
-Must be proficient with PCs, Microsoft Office, IOS, and Google Apps
-Tech support and CRM skills are a plus
