Account Executive, BET Her - BET Networks Ad Solutions

The BET Her sales team is a dynamic group of integrated portfolio executives committed to connecting client objectives to our highly sought after audience!
Overview and Responsibilities
• Develop sales strategies for existing accounts and identifying new business prospects
• Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations
• 360 account management including pre, launch and post sale accountability
• Forecast revenue accurately as well as anticipate potential revenue hurdles
• Introduce key client and agency relationships to the BET Her business
• Build and deepen relationships at all key touchpoints, including clients, planners and buyers
• Look for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions for clients, and ensure clients receive best-in-class customer service
• Develop accounts from existing linear business & successfully introduce and sell in all digital/social and experiential platforms to existing portfolio advertisers as well as new partners
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years national advertising sales at a media network or similar
• Ability to understand the customer needs, and develop solutions that meet customer needs
• Understanding of omni-channel advertising and business models
Additional Qualifications
• Strong computer skills especially in Excel, Power Point, and Word
• Capacity to work and analyze numeric data
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Comfortable prospecting, generating proposals and closing the sale
• Ability to build relationships at the senior level
• Possess and demonstrate presentation and negotiation skills
• Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to interact with internal and external clients
