Your Role - Account Manager (Brands)

Our team engages millions of fans across the globe every day, and many of the processes and ideas we come up with set an industry standard. Clients include TMWRK, AriZona Iced Tea, DRNXMYTH, Super Coffee and more.
We are looking for an Account Manager that lives and breaths the internet and has great taste across art, culture, and the internet. Join our dedicated and creative teams in producing some of the best content, rollouts, and campaigns the internet has to offer.
What You'll Do:
You are going to lead digital strategy efforts across your clients - you will be the gatekeeper for anything that touches the internet for these brands; the center of the wheel.
You are the point person; not only an educational resource for clients but an excellent team member, interfacing and working directly with creatives and brand teams.
You'll put together large scale marketing campaigns for top tier brands, apps, and creators. Your goal is to drive successful digital and content strategy for your clients across product and content releases, events, merch and much much more.
Your work colleagues and clients will become your friends. You'll contribute to our hard working yet friendly company culture, engaging in and actively running team meetings, brainstorms and client calls/meetings.
You'll spend a lot of time on TikTok (and Reels). Research and understanding of all socials and what content works best, specifically TikTok & Reels, is what sets us apart from other agencies.
Internally working with the rest of your team to execute rollouts and manage client platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, TikTok, Mailchimp, text messaging and more
You'll know how to make clients and external teams happy; keeping them up to date on projects and how to manage their feedback and approvals is also important
You'll learn a key philosophy here: always be moving the ball. Things like delivering creative ideas and managing assets/approvals will be second nature
What You're Good At:
Knows how to keep clients happy and motivated
Excellent taste in art, culture, and media
Masterful multitasker
Confident and comfortable talking to brand teams and creatives
Understand and crush social media
What You Know:
Experience working in digital marketing and social media
Always up to speed on best practices and social trends
In depth knowledge of all Google Documents (and Word/Excel)
Some experience with Adobe Photoshop, Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects or similar
