Established Emmy & Globe nominated Film/TV production company with a varied and exciting slate for 2020, seeks a part-time Producing Partner/Intern to develop, package and produce, as well as to bring new projects into the company.
This is a perfect position for Independent/Associate Producers with development and packaging experience who want to participate in the production process of a small but busy company behind the scenes. Must be good on research, phone, emails, networking, as well as quick-thinking, proactive and a self-starter. The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit for Producing and wants firsthand experience with a quality producer/mentor. This job provides an open door for bringing in and developing one's own projects, as long as they fit into the company's directives.
Position to start in November 2019, initially for one day per week, Wednesdays 10AM till 7PM, with an expanded schedule to three days per week starting in January 2020. Please note, this is not a salaried position. Credits will be granted on projects in which the candidate is actively involved, with potential fees set on a per project basis, based on budget and level of involvement. Potential for the candidate to grow with the company.
