- Manage the day-to-day trafficking of assets for post-production product launches, social media, Network events and promotional materials including keeping schedules, updating post trackers, and attending weekly status update meetings.
- Oversee product schedule timelines with key stakeholders to ensure deliverables are received on time and project needs are being met.
- Develop procedures with internal teams and departments to meet deadlines to help manage schedules and workflow.
(1) Post/Product Development Project Management
-Work with Post/Product Development to gather information on upcoming projects
-Review post-production schedules and provide feedback/identify conflicts
-Schedule work and coordinate with the internal teams to establish review/communication system to meet launch dates.
-Work with Post to resolve master schedule timing issues, changes or delays.
-Keep records of all requests, notes and approvals
(2) QA Project Management
-Provide team with needed materials per project from Product Development, Post, or Beachbody On Demand to better facilitate QA reporting.
-Answer any questions from the team regarding project specifics or needs.
-Help to keep up report templates and implement changes when suggested/needed.
-All QA reporting vetted before sending final reports to Prod Development. Review the issues, investigate when needed, and submit after review.
(3) Support Post
-Gather post assets for mixing and language services as needed
-Check materials to ensure content is correct
-Supply approved titles and number of deliverable assets for each program per project
-Work closely with Post to request Wiredrives for product reviews
