PURPOSE
As Talent Manager, you represent Be Social's elite bloggers, influencers, and Youtubers to drive success and revenue through brand partnerships, campaigns, and collaborations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
This role is (80%) talent management and (20%) talent team management.
TALENT MANAGEMENT (80%)
Manage roster of digital talent
Actively manage and facilitate brand communication, negotiation, and execution of campaigns on behalf of talent
Manage, support, and consult talent on brand partnerships, business, and content strategy
Initiate and develop relationships with brands, PR companies, and ad agencies
Pitch talent to relevant brands and agencies for campaign and partnership opportunities
Identify prospective talent to develop strategic relationships to add to managed roster
Review and execute talent-brand agreements
Responsible for the growth, recruitment, and development of Be Social's influencer network by strategically identifying trends and marketplace demands
Uphold Agency's stellar reputation by facilitating smooth and successful talent partnerships on the brand and agency side.
Manage talent calendar and serve as key point-of-contact for all talent related needs and inquiries
Develop an expertise of relevant markets and verticals to best service, drive revenue, and provide individualized attention and support to talent
Monitor influencer, social media, and digital marketing trends and evolve talent management strategies as needed
Cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, talent, and key publishers to create business opportunities within Agency
Strategize and execute partnership opportunities for Agency's talent events, tours, and influencer houses
TALENT TEAM MANAGEMENT (20%)
Oversee talent strategy and activities for the Talent division's talent portfolio.
Ensure efficient talent management by organizing and assigning out responsibilities to the Talent team (junior managers, coordinators, assistants, and interns).
Report directly to VP Brand & Talent and Founder regarding talent activity, quotas, and activities of the Talent division
Skills and Experience:
College degree and 5+ years experience as previous manager and/or agent
Expertise in all things social, specifically influencers and creatives in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle space
Attention to detail, process driven, and solution oriented
Extremely organized with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects
Self starter, resourceful, and highly self-motivated
Solid interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication
Tech savvy and proficient in Mac and Microsoft Office applications
Enjoy working in a fast-paced, high intensity environment
