Title: Digital Producer, NON Creative
Office: Be Grizzlee - Los Angeles
FLSA: Exempt
Location: Hybrid. Mostly working from Home unless the project is black. Then in office for security reasons.
The Digital Producer is responsible for providing support to and executing the technical production for Be Grizzlee's global digital campaigns. You will partner with all disciplines to ensure creative excellence and company integrity through smooth and efficient workflows and flawless execution. You are highly collaborative, have detailed focus, and are willing to do whatever it takes to make great work. You should begin to learn leadership skills - it is important that you understand the importance of mentoring lower-level producers and take the time to help them learn, grow, and contribute. This is NOT a creative role. We are in Post Production.
Responsibilities:
- You'll oversee static banners and ads
· Act as the point person for each project you are working on
· Manage relationships and communications with key clients, vendors, and internal team(s)
· Exhibit group leadership skills and build a collaborative relationship with the entire team
· Manage budgets and timelines to ensure the smooth delivery of projects
· Exercise strong interpersonal communication skills and a keen sense of time management to supervise daily workload of production team
· Facilitate and manage cost plus wrap process, communicating kickbacks, comments, and adjustments from clients, vendors, and Finance
· Work with rich media vendors to deliver and launch all banner ad campaigns
- Digital Asset management
· Train, coach, and mentor Junior Producers and Assistant Producers.
Requirements:
· Must have 4-6 years' experience in digital production
· Must have at least 2 years' experience in advertising
· Must be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously, meet deliverables, manage resources, work well with multiple teams, and fit into a well-defined workflow.
· Remain calm under pressure with the ability to see the big picture while focusing on granular details.
· Excellent interpersonal communication skills; able to foster relationships across disciplines and departments.
· Flexible availability to work outside of normal office hours and some weekends if needed.
· Thorough knowledge of rich media technologies
· Experience using Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Excel is preferred
· Online rich media campaign experience is a plus
