Looking for an Executive Assistant for a successful Producer who manages some real quality clients. We are a very small business, so we need someone who can do it all. Must think quickly on your toes and not be one to take things personally. The best candidate is someone who can be a true professional at all times.

The job consists of rolling calls, keeping calendars, scheduling travel, meetings, etc. There is a lot of attention to detail for our our company and our clients, so must be patient, efficient and extremely detail oriented.
