We're an ad agency in Hollywood that creates high-profile TV, OOH and Digital campaigns for some really great brands including LEGO, Mike's Hard Lemonade, Warner Bros and a few more! We're a close-knit group that works hard and loves what we do. And we're growing. That's where you come in. We're looking for a person who's eager to learn, grow, and contribute in several capacities. Not to mention, we have great health benefits. Being a young agency we pride ourselves on working very fast (efficiently, not sloppy) to crack the brief and quickly move into rapid deployment. Here are some specifics on what we're looking for:
- Reports directly to Production Manager/Producer
- Assist the CFO in all financial matters (inputting AP, sending invoices, expense reports, etc.)
- Answers phones and orders office supplies
- Occasional lunch ordering
- Meeting and travel scheduling/booking
- Managing office accounts (internet, phone, cleaning, etc.)
- Managing external office vendors
- Sending schedules and priorities list to the team daily
- Track employee and freelancer time weekly
- Assist in website and social channel maintenance
- Assist on miscellaneous projects as needed
- Perform some admin duties for the CEO and COO
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2-3 years of experience
- Prior experience in the entertainment industry strongly preferred
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent phone demeanor and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think proactively
- Ability to interact well with others and work alone or in a group setting
- Strong problem-solver
- Ability to prioritize and pay strong attention to detail
