Entertainment Business Management firm (LOS ANGELES, CA) seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant [3 year minimum] to work in a small team environment with focus on financial matters. The position is initially part-time while training; transition to full-time based on performance. Candidate must be outgoing and professional, a resourceful self-starter, and able to remain calmly productive within a fast-paced, pleasant environment.
Responsibilities include: correspondence (draft outgoing/review incoming), coordinating multiple calendars (meetings, calls, and deadlines), client interaction, and small office administration (third party professionals and vendors).
Required Skills: strong communication [verbal and written], exceptional time management, consistently organized, able to prioritize project deadlines, proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe, a sense of humor, and Quickbooks experience preferred.
PT Hours: TBD
FT Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9 AM-5:30 PM, Friday 9 AM -5 PM.
Compensation: Based upon qualifications and experience.
Parking: On-Site.
