Job Description

Key Expectations:

Highly organized and able to coordinate details of projects inclusive of timelines, assets, deliverables, budgets, and other key information.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with VP, Business Development, Project Managers and Studio Personnel.
Assist the VP, Business Development with meetings, e-mails, contracts, etc.
Some Executive Assistant duties.
Act as a point for incoming studio inquiries.
Coordinate operational aspects of projects.
Conduct Studio Tours with in-depth knowledge of the facilities.
Answering incoming inquiries on a timely basis.
Support Social Media.
Continually seek opportunities to increase client satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
Effectively communicate relevant project information to teams.
Create project cost estimates.
Key Qualities & Requirements:
· Candidates should enjoy cultivating and nurturing relationships with clientele
· Superior attention to detail.
· Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Superior problem-solving skills.
· A strong desire to work in the industry and love coordinating multiple projects.
· Working knowledge of the entertainment industry, video game, internet, and TV industry in particular.
· Highly personable and ambitious.
· Possess great attitude, technology proficient & ability to adapt to a fast-paced dynamically changing environment.
· Self-starter, who can effectively handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Team-player with a positive attitude.
· Flexible and adaptable to change.
· 1-3 years of account/client management or project management experience is preferred.
