Overview and Responsibilities
Are you excited about working for Nickelodeon & Awesomeness Live Action Studio? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who has worked in the film/TV business and is experienced in handling a wide range of executive administrative responsibilities to support the SVP, TV.
• Provides the administrative needs of SVP, including phones, e-mail, correspondence, digital and physical filing and general organization
• Efficiently handles the needs of the SVP and department (i.e. ordering supplies, equipment, dubbing, events)
• Schedules meetings including meeting logistics with internal departments and external clients/businesses
• Handles travel itineraries and T&E preparation and processing
• Interfaces regularly with senior executives including external partners and clients critical to the development process (e.g. talent agents, producers, content distribution companies) and their assistants, providing information as needed
• Provides written coverage of submitted scripts if requested
• Tracks incoming submissions
• Summarizes information and maintain reports and tracking documents which are distributed to internal departments
• Contributes creative ideas and potential talent options for developing projects
Basic Qualifications
• 3 years of executive administrative experience working for a content studio, production company, talent agency or management company preferred
• Computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) with a strong knowledge of Mac computers
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

• Manages a busy schedule and call sheet
• Ability to handle highly sensitive information and maintain a high level of confidentiality
• You must have excellent calendar and time management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings and completion of time sensitive tasks as assigned
• Must be able to multi-task
• Expert level of written and verbal communication skills
• Strong decision-making ability; good problem solver with the ability to anticipate issues and alternatives
• You are someone who is knowledgeable and passionate about entertainment and the arts and has a passion to learn and grow in a creative department
• Must be able to work overtime, as required
