Audacy is looking to add a talented, versatile radio promotions pro to our central Promotions Experiences team. This individual will focus on promotional partnerships with concert partners, activating live performance venues, and play a vital role in live events across the company’s portfolio of brands. Full Time; Reports to SVP, Promotions Experiences.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Create proposals for national, regional, and local tours with concert promoters
• Negotiate & manage ticket allotments for giveaways and hospitality
• Maintain, coordinate, and schedule Audacy performance venues in conjunction with Programming, Digital, and Facilities teams in select markets
• Manage concert contesting for national & format promotions and advise best practice guidelines for local market contesting
• Develop & execute sponsorship and other revenue opportunities with National Sponsorship team
• Fulfill performance venue sponsorship activations
• Advance artist production for performance venues
• Collaborate with Promotions Experiences Team on Event Production for Audacy signature events
• Oversee all aspects of concert contesting from market training, maintenance of contest files including, but not limited to, proper disposal of listener information and keeping updated on contest rules and regulations
• Create all marketing copy for teasers and contesting promos
• Ensure all marketing, promotions, web contests launch on time with all needs/timelines
• Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications
About You:
Required:
• First-rate organizational skills are a must to succeed in this position
• Demonstrating oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
• Ability to produce results in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Experience with managing contracts, including negotiating deal terms
• Proficient in promotion software, including but not limited to Vibes (mobile contesting), Second Street (web contesting and user-generated content engine), and PromoSuite (promotion management software), as well as Google Workspace (Mail, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, etc…)
• A valid driver’s license, satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record check, and, if the position requires use of applicant’s own vehicle, proof of insurance, is required.
