Full Time Job
Audacy is seeking a Director of Social to ensure the strategy and execution of paid social products are aligned with Audacy’s core values and growth. Reporting to the Vice President, Digital Revenue Operations, the qualified candidate will be responsible for growing paid social business across our client base, setting up processes and infrastructure, ensuring campaign performance is met for clients, developing new social partnerships, and leading the account team. The position requires someone that excels in high-paced environments and is dedicated to ensuring success across the paid social business as well as serving as the primary point person with Digital Sales leadership on product development and innovation.

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
• Manage and motivate Audacy’s growing social media account team to ensure deliverables are met and best practices are implemented
• Lead conversations to grow new and current business by developing thought leadership and solutions that support sales budget/revenue goals
• Stay up to date on existing social channels and emerging platforms
• Provide direction on paid media strategy and define reporting KPIs based on campaign goals
• Consult, educate, and negotiate with internal stakeholders and business partners
• Prioritize, manage and streamline workflows to ensure client expectations are met
• Demonstrate appropriate judgement through escalation and strong problem solving skills
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support new sales pitches and streamline client onboarding
• Utilize analytical abilities to extract and apply insights/actions from data to campaigns
• Directly manage paid social efforts for internal and external clients
Qualifications
More About You:
Required:
• 5-7 years of paid social strategy development, execution, and client relationship management on paid social budgets of $500,000 in monthly ad spend across multiple clients and verticals
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Advanced understanding of paid social media advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, etc)
• Facebook Business Manager experience required
• Social influencer marketing experience is a plus
• Ability to provide clear direction while using project management skills
• Must be comfortable presenting and communicating ideas to stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
