Our fast-paced, bi-coastal Commercial Talent Agency seeks a highly-motivated Receptionist/Operations coordinator for our Los Angeles office!
Candidate should be proactive, have stellar communication skills, and a can do attitude -- you will be wearing many hats so the ability to problem solve and think quickly on your feet is a must!
Day-to-day tasks include:
- fielding all phone calls for the office and greeting visitors
- filing, organizing and other general office duties (ordering supplies, re-stocking, handling mail, managing outside vendors, etc.)
- assisting agents and agent assistants with additional tasks as needed and assigned
This is a great entry-level position opportunity for someone who is motivated, friendly, detail-oriented, organized, and hungry to learn! Prior industry experience is not required (though is a plus).
The ideal candidate will be a college graduate with 1-2 years of experience in entertainment (internships included), general office experience, or a retail/customer service background.
