The Associate Producer will help plan, manage and scale editorial, capture and finishing resources - from inception, changes during creative process to completion - across Games and Immersive campaigns. This position will interface with multiple internal creative directors, producers, editors, capture directors, graphic artists and finishing supervisors. You will partner with CD's, producers and project coordinators to manage the day-to-day schedule of various resources and maintain project deadlines and deliverables.
Must be able to effectively and proactively manage creative schedule to maintain constant utilization of existing and freelance staff and ensure resource availability for all projects.
• Acts as scheduling liaison between creative directors, producers, editors, capture directors and finishing supervisors
• Creates and maintains and up-to-date / play-by-play production scheduling calendar and anticipates future needs, per project
• Communicates regularly with creative directors, producers editors, capture directors and finishing supervisors on current status of all jobs in progress in creative / production, based on input from project teams
• Be aware of all creative notes and changes
• Receive and keep record of client provided assets
• Expand and streamline creative resources in order to create a higher efficiency
• Coordinates and ensures the on-time and orderly flow of all creative requests and changes
• Proactively monitors the status of active projects; is able to act swiftly and re-direct resources as needed
• Works closely with finishing team to ensure smooth transition from creative to final product for each project
Must be a motivated, self-starter with previous post-production (marketing) experience; working with offline editors and understanding post-production marketing and its editorial through finishing process. Must not be afraid of potential OT/weekend work. Must be able to ''roll with the punches'' as major shift in creative direction and project scope occur.
