Job Description:
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in driving the growth and transformation of our organization. In this role, you will work as part of our Accounting & Finance team, partnering with the VP, FP&A and supporting the Accounting Team.
This is a newly established role.
Responsibilities
• Highlight key issues and provide resolutions for negative exposure items that could impact revenue and expenses in support of business needs.
• Develop reports & PPTs for leadership team to drive efficiencies and provide growth opportunities
• Exhibit judgment on when to evaluate issues and when to resolve independently
• Prioritize and streamline tasks to ensure accuracy
• Assist with creating forecasts for assigned revenue & cost centers
• Monitor financial management functions
• Review and analyze key financial metrics
• Help in the implementation process of new Financial Reporting Tool
Qualifications & Requirements
• High level of attention to detail, accuracy and ability to work under time constraints
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous accounting or reconciliation experience preferred
• Hyperion, Oracle, Great Plains experience or other G/L experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2-5 years of professional experience
• Knowledge of Media, AdTech or Music Industry very helpful
