Job Description:
The Licensing Administrator opens and sorts incoming mail, processes new license agreements, debits accounts and closes cases that are assigned to them. They prepares deposit for the bank and submits to NY for posting. The Licensing Administrator also scans and indexes incoming report forms and correspondence and provides administrative support to the Licensing Managers.
Responsibilities:
• Review all license agreements and set up accounts in GLS/Salesforce
• Debit report forms for non-fixed accounts
• Complete assigned cases (terminations, rate changes, finance charge reversals, no music credit and address changes)
• Open, process and distribute all incoming mail
• Execute license agreements and sends ACK letter
• Notify Licensing Managers of incoming correspondence and discrepancies on license agreements/checks
• Prepares bank deposit and submits to NY for posting
• Logs bounced mail received in Salesforce
• Verifies debiting batches
Qualifications:
• Prior office experience
• Computer skills (MS Word and Excel)
• Detail oriented, organized, and ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work in a team-based environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize
