What the position entails
CLI Studios is looking for a Product Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As part of the Product Development team you will help Artful drive the growth of our online learning program. Here are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
Developing and setting the Artful product vision and strategy alongside the COO and CEO
Developing and driving the overall product roadmap (across multiple sub products and platforms)
Working with management and cross-functional partners to define, measure, and drive key product metrics
Identifying user and product insights based on qualitative and quantitative research and analysis
Scoping and prioritizing product development activities
Working with designers to design prototype new features that support the overall product strategy
Working closely with the Engineering team to manage and prioritize delivery of new product features
Working with cross-functional partners to support the launch of new product features
What you need to be successful
At Artful we're looking for driven, curious, passionate, and hard-working people who have a love for performing arts. Here are the specific experiences, skills, and traits that we think will help you be successful in the Product Manager role:
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a technical or analytical field of study
Four or more years' experience in Product Management
Experience with product development with web and mobile applications at media or wellness companies
Strong background in agile software development
Experience running complex projects with diverse stakeholders
Past experience with user experience and / or information architecture is a plus
Experience working with early stage startups
Knowledge about and passion for performing arts and performing arts education (theatre, dance, music)
Skills & Traits:
Strategic thinking and planning acumen
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and in teams
Drive to deliver excellent results
Exceptional analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills
Desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills and experiences
