Artful is looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As part of the marketing team, you will help Artful drive the growth of our online learning platforms by helping to execute the company's marketing strategy. Here are some of the activities you will be responsible for:
Managing multiple streams of marketing activity in a highly dynamic environment.
Designing, building, and leading multi-channel marketing efforts by leveraging key channels such as digital advertising, video, social media, email, events, field activities, and more.
Establishing KPIs for all programs and tracking performance to ensure marketing tactics are delivering expected business outcomes.
Using analytics to optimize and grow channel performance.
Managing insertion orders, invoices, and attribution inputs.
What you need to be successful:
At Artful we're looking for driven, curious, passionate, and hard-working people who have a love for the arts. Here are the specific experiences, skills, and traits that we think will help you be successful in the Marketing Manager role.
Experience:
3-5 years' experience in digital marketing; agency or comparable experience required (startup experience a plus)
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising or a related field
Working with educational, content, and / or wellness companies
Strong track record of data-driven success (experience using attribution models a plus)
Professional copywriting experience (social media, digital ad copy, etc.)
Proficient in Google Analytics, Google and Bing Ads
Experience with B2B and B2C email marketing (Mailchimp experience a plus)
Event marketing experience a plus
Skills & Traits:
Strategic thinking and planning acumen
Strong analytical, campaign execution, and project management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to work independently and in teams
Drive to deliver excellent results
Desire to learn, grow, and develop new skills and experiences
Passion for the arts
Entrepreneurial spirit
