Job duties and description are:
• Provide strategic and technical direction for customer analytics including defining KPIs and methodology, designing test-and-learn experiments, growing data sources and producing regular customer insights to answer key business questions.
• Identify opportunities to measure customer satisfaction of Digital products
• Coordinate with developers and business owner to ensure accurate and comprehensive web analytics implementation and successful deployment of new solutions
• Promote digital data and utilization of Web analytics tools by other teams through training and facilitation
• Design and implement targeted tests (including establishing test success criteria, test/control strategies, measuring results)
• Oversee reports and dashboards that provide insights into key programs and initiatives on an on-going basis
• Oversee external analytics agency work and provide internal expertise on attribution modeling and media mix evaluation to support overall marketing investment
• We are looking for data, insights and recommendations that lead to change, not simply reporting on what has occurred
Potential Candidates should be/have:
• Google Analytics certified.
• General understanding of JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce.
• Ability to connect Google Analytics and A/B testing tools.
• Can work on many projects simultaneously.
