ARTech Holdings, LLC is a technology incubator and holding company with a mission to support the Live Arts by adapting best-in-class business tech solutions for Arts and Entertainment application. About the Job
In this role, you will:
Create copy for:
-Websites & hosted content
-Sales-supportive assets
-Digital ads, including social media
-Direct marketing (btb & btc)
-Client publicity and promotional content
-Product newsletters
Assist with intradepartmental project management:
-Contribute to project flow tracking
-Maintain Marketing department's updates within interdepartmental project management tool
Participate in product development in a client advocacy role:
-Understand client personas and identify pain points from audience perspective
-Contribute to user experience testing and problem-solving processes
This is a temporary contract with potential for contract-to-hire for the right person. You will be working in a dynamic creative environment with a team of successful serial entrepreneurs who have taken nearly a dozen startups from zero to multimillion-dollar sales. We take life, business, and theatre very seriously, but never ourselves.
About You
Our ideal Marketing Associate has:
Excellent communication skills;
-Understanding of traditional and inbound marketing strategy;
-Writing chops and humility in equal measure, with the ability to match and adapt tone and voice across a range of products and for a variety of audiences;
-Strong organization and internal motivation;
-An eye for what is working well and what could be working better;
-A solid working knowledge of SEO, AdWords, and social media marketing, with prior successes greatly appreciated;
-A genuine passion for the live arts and familiarity with the needs, wants, and language of the theater community in particular
You're a motivated self-starter who thrives in a collaborative work environment. You love language and ideas, but don't get particularly attached to your drafts or take notes personally. You understand our audiences and are able to view our products and processes from the clients' perspective. You bring intelligence, focus, and a sense of humor to the office every day and invest yourself whole-heartedly because you value the chance to do well while doing good.
About Us
Founded by a band of ragtag-yet-highly-successful misfits, we believe that the tech space needs less bro and more show.
Aside from our shared love for the live arts and entertainment, we are united by our collective frustration over the fact that technologies common to the ''civilian'' business world just haven't been adopted and customized for the arts. Instead of complaining, we decided to do something about it.
We are passionate about our vision and committed to empowering our clients, as well as those who work with and for the company. We're also committed to having fun along the way.
ARTech is headquarted right smack in the middle of the New York's Theater District. We are an equal opportunity employer with a deep appreciation for high-functioning oddballs.
