Job Purpose
This position works within Ticket Operations to manage all internal comp orders and various tasks as assigned by the Director of Ticket Operations. It is responsible for all aspects of Chase Field Tours including supervision of tour staff, event creation and all other aspects of Chase Field Tours. In addition, the position will also work with the Sr. Manager and Director on all ticketed non-baseball events at Chase Field.
Primary (Essential) Duties
• Assist with all aspects of non-baseball events.
• Help manage the box office items from booking to event night.
• Bring new ideas to help create efficiency and advance processes.
• Including but not limited to: problem solving manifest issues, working with TM on setup and promoter requests.
• Responsible for fulfillment of internal ticketing needs including employee ticket program and ticket requests from various departments including corporate partnership ticket offers.
• Responsible for daily ticketing for MLB players, scouts, coaches, and umpires.
• Administrate Archtics system functions and such as creating events, managing event updates, and managing system users and access.
• Oversee Chase Field Stadium tours. These responsibilities include supervision and scheduling of tour guides, creating tour events, managing tour schedule and facilitating group tours.
• Provide customer support at Box Office and resolve any customer service problem.
• Other duties as assigned by the Sr. Manager and Director, Ticket Operations.

Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities
• Possess and maintain a firm understanding of established ticket policies and procedures. Possess the ability to apply this knowledge to the wide variety of sales and customer service opportunities experienced during the ticket sales season.
• Possess and maintain Ticketmaster ticket system knowledge which is a constant learning process. Strong communicator across the organizational structure, as well as within the department.
• Significant Ticketmaster system knowledge and always acquiring more with increased training opportunities.
• Strong customer service skills and effective application of these skills.
• Effective leader with above average leadership abilities which were displayed while leading the change from a solely inbound sales office to an inbound/outbound sales office and providing leadership and management for both part-time and full-time staffs.
• Good communicator with the ability to communicate well verbally and through written correspondence.
• Outstanding teaching abilities displayed through the Archtics system and individual game sales training done with part-time new hires and each full-time Inside Sales group.
• Above average problem solver with a broad responsibility for complex situations requiring significant analysis, involvement in sensitive issues, and use of personal judgment.
Experience/Education Requirements
• 4 year degree in applicable area required
• 2 years ticketing experience required.
• 1 years management or supervisory experience preferred.

• Sit for long periods of time and operate a computer.
• Be proficient and efficient with data entry.
• Converse professionally on the telephone in various customer service situations.
